Refund and Exchange Policy - MAA DESIGNER

1. General

MAA DESIGNER Private Limited, operating at Shop No 34-B, Basement Babar Plaza, Liberty Market, Lahore ("MAA DESIGNER," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund and exchange of products purchased through the MAA DESIGNER website.

2. Returns and Refunds

We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return a product. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that: The return is requested within [X] days from the date of delivery. The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and accessories are intact. The product is not a part of the non-returnable items list (as specified in Section 3).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within [X] days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include: Personalized or customized items. Products that are not in their original condition or packaging. Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item returned after the specified return period.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support at customer-support@maadesigner.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, details of the defective/damaged item, and any supporting images. Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the defective/damaged item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship the replacement product to you.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged product, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

The terms of this Refund and Exchange Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute regarding or arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.
